Learning Senior Advisor- Work from home (MS, OH, SC)

We are looking for well versed facilitator with significant corporate facilitation and coaching experience to all levels of an organization, including senior leaders. Our ideal candidate is a professional, dynamic, and a confident public speaker who is up-to-date and proficient on the latest innovative delivery platforms and tools for both in-person and virtual learning environments.

1. Experience facilitating and coaching learners and senior leaders through a wide variety of topics and programs which range from orientation to leadership development.

2. Establish and maintain a high level of credibility and professionalism throughout while creating a safe, active and accessible setting to embrace diversity, promote engagement and an inclusive culture focused on learning outcomes of the program.

3. Manage classroom environment.  Assess learner needs, accommodate various learning styles and consider how learners are likely to respond to situations, words, and actions. Tactfully handle and address appropriately and professionally.

4. Demonstrate a high level of technical skills and knowledge to create a flawless experience for the participants. Specifically, the usage of business tools and technologies (e.g., proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Miro, WebEx, Zoom, Skype and others collaborative tools)..
